After you have selected your size, two boxes will pop up requesting that you type the name you would like on your jacket. Remember, this is the name you want on the jacket. It can differ from your given and family names. It can be a nick name or an abbreviation or anything else you would like. You do not have to use both boxes. If you decide that you want two names on the jacket, you can put them both in the first box if you like.
